Do my drivers need to download an app?+
No — WhatsApp only. Drivers report fuel, maintenance, fines, and location entirely through WhatsApp messages they already know how to send.
What if I use my own broker for insurance renewals?+
You can record external renewals and we verify them against the government database, so your compliance record stays accurate no matter who processes the renewal.
Can I import my existing vehicle list?+
Yes — upload a CSV or Excel file and we automatically extract the plate numbers, flagging duplicates and unrecognised formats before anything is imported.
How is DriveMate Business billed?+
Monthly, per vehicle, on whichever plan you choose. Pay by card through Paystack or by bank transfer against an invoice — both are available on every plan. Fleets of 25+ vehicles get 10% off; 75+ get 15% off plus a custom contract.
Is my data secure?+
Yes — all data is encrypted at rest. Documents are stored in a private Supabase vault with signed URLs, the same infrastructure that protects DriveMate’s consumer document vault.
